Before Transformer starts, there is a short, but very intriguing teaser of a movie by J. J. Abrams, which doesn't even tell us what the title is.
It starts with a surprise party for a guy leaving New York to Japan for a new job, when all in sudden there's a big roar and shaking of the ground. Soon, there is giant explosion, followed by hell on Earth soon after. The whole thiing was short, but powerful.
Wondering what this teaser was about, I've stumbled upon a Wikipedia topic on a project called Cloverfield. And on that page, there are links to Ethan Haas Was Right, and a blog, The Truth of Ethan Haas. Those pages hold clues to what this movie is about, and what that monsters identity is...
